Terms of Service & Purchase Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before purchasing or accessing Pitch Ideas Like a PR Pro (the "Course"). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.
1. Parties
These Terms are a legal agreement between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and MVW Communications, LLC ("Instructor," "we," "us," or "our"), the creator and operator of the Course hosted at mvw360.com (the "Platform").
2. Course Access & Enrollment
2.1 Grant of Access
Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
2.2 Lifetime Access — Definition
Where the term "lifetime access" is used in our marketing or purchase confirmation, it means access for the operational lifetime of the Platform. Meaning, for as long as MVW Communications continues to operate and maintain the Course. It does not guarantee access for the duration of your natural life.
📌 Note: In the event we discontinue the Platform, we will provide at least 30 days advance written notice via the email address associated with your account and offer one or more of the following: (a) a downloadable archive of the course materials, (b) a pro-rated refund, or (c) migration to a successor platform.
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is for your individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.
3. Payment & Pricing
3.1 Purchase Price
The purchase price is displayed at the time of checkout. All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full credit card information. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your designated payment method.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. If you're unsatisfied with the Course for any reason, contact us at question@mvw360.com within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Requests made after the 14-day window
Failure to access the Course due to circumstances within your control, including but not limited to forgotten credentials, incompatible devices, poor internet connectivity, or failure to engage with the Course materials.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All Course content — including videos, audio, PDFs, worksheets, slides, graphics, code, and text — is owned by MVW Communications, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your License
Your purchase grants you a personal license to access and use the Course materials for your own learning. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Course content
Share your login credentials or account access with others
Re-sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Course materials
Upload Course content to any other platform, website, or file-sharing service
Use Course content for commercial training programs without prior written consent and compensation
5.3 Your Content
Any work you create independently as a result of applying Course teachings is your own. We claim no ownership over your original work product.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Course and any associated community platforms as established (including but not limited to Discord, Slack, Facebook Group, online forum or online site) in a lawful, respectful manner. You must not:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other students or the Instructor
Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or off-topic commercial content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if you materially violate these conduct standards.
7. Disclaimers & No Guarantees
THE COURSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, RESULTS, OR EARNINGS. YOUR RESULTS WILL DEPEND ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL EFFORT, BACKGROUND, SUBJECT MATTER COMPREHENSION AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MVW COMMUNICATIONS, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE COURSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at mvw360.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing the Course, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
10. Modifications to the Course & Terms
10.1 Course Content
We reserve the right to update, improve, or remove Course content at any time. We may add new materials, update outdated content, or restructure modules. We will not deliberately remove substantial portions of the Course without reasonable notice.
10.2 These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email. Your continued access to the Course after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas/USA without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bexar County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
12. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
